There are two poles or opposites, the difference between the two extremes of one thing is called polarity. This laws states that, in fact, these opposites are simply different manifestations of the same thing. In other words, the point where you can say that cold stops and heat begins does not exist because they are the two sides of one.
Just as a battery has two terminals, a positive and a negative, everything in the universe has two sides. Think of these polar opposites as two sides of the same coin. When you flip a coin, you will only get one side at a time. If you choose heads, then your thought energy has to match heads. Then you will experience heads. If your energies don’t align, it will be uncertain what result you will get. You will see the results you desire only when you align your energy vibrations to the desired pole position.
The only way for us to fully understand and appreciate the “good” in our lives is to experience it’s polar opposite in contrast. We’ve all heard: “For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.” Newton’s third Law of Motion, sums up the Law of Polarity in full detail. Forces come in pairs: negative and positive, action and reaction, masculine and feminine, Light side and Dark side… maybe George Lucas was explaining this in his epic story of Star Wars?
